Membership is free! As a medical or healing professional Mudzie provides you direct funding to bridge the gap between service cost and patient affordability.

What’s included?

    • Financial stimulus on an as needed basis when available as qualified

    • Increased accessibility to innovative and evidence informed wellness modalities

    • Access to patients interested in sliding scale payment options

    • Membership is for qualified medical and health practitioners only

    • Approval based on conditional basis- financial auditing and quarterly reports required for authenticity and transparence to donors and community

  • Minimum eligibility baseline:

    To become a participating practitioner in Mudzies Mission, the medical or healing professional must:

    • Hold active, unrestricted professional licensure relevant to mental health or integrative medical practice (MD, DO, NP, PA, PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or certified alternative provider where legal)

    • Provide proof of malpractice insurance or other if applicable

    • Be in good standing with your state licensing body (verified quarterly/bi-annually)

    • Sign the Ethical Provider Agreement

    • Agree to random utilization review

    • Agree to our Conflict of Interest / Anti-Nepotism policy

  • Mudzies Mission exists to expand access to alternative and integrative mental-health care with accountability, ethics, and compassion at the core.

    To become a Mudzie Member, providers must:

    • Be licensed and insured

    • Provide trauma-informed care when applicable

    • Agree to random financial audits

    • Follow strict HIPAA and ethical billing policies

    • Never bill the program for family or personal relations

    • Sign our Provider Code of Integrity
